After reading the articles, Ive realized that there are a lot of employers that do not give sufficient job training. The IT field changes so much that sometimes the companies can not keep up with the training. Especially in today's economy when most companies are decreasing money spent. And when companies do this, money that is used for training old and new employees is cut. Here's a quote from the article Inadequate training undermining U.S. workforce "More than half of workers believe that the U.S. is unprepared to compete in the global economy, feeling let down both by schools and colleges and by a lack of interest in training and development from big employers."
